Raiser's Edge Training Resources
All new users must fill out both the New User Account Requst form and the Database Confidentiality Statement. In addition, you will need to contact your local technical support staff to install the application(s) onto your workstation.
All new users will be required to attend a one-hour basic navigation training session. These sessions are typically one-on-one and are held in the training room in the Foundation's suite on the 5th floor of 1 Park Place.
In addition to basic navigation, training sessions may also be provided to any user upon request or recommendation from a supervisor. Training topics may include, but are not limited to:
- Reports Generation
- Events Processing
- Membership Processing
- Special Interest Topics
- Ad-Hoc Policies and Procedures
